Insurance coverage is required to lease or finance equipment through QuickFi. Please choose one of the following options to satisfy this requirement:

Option 1: Commercial Insurance

Purchase Commercial General Liability and Commercial Property policies from an insurance agency of your choice. Your policies must contain the following details:

Certificate Holder* (for both certificates)

  • (*The Certificate Holder information may vary depending on your equipment's make.)

Innovation Finance USA LLC and/or its assigns

PO Box 364

Fairport, NY 14450

Commercial Liability Insurance

  • Certificate Holder listed as "Additional Insured"

  • Coverage of at least $1,000,000.00

Commercial Property Insurance

  • Certificate Holder listed as "Lender's Loss Payable"

  • Includes coverage against all risks of loss

Option 2: Equipment Protection Program

If you do not own commercial insurance policies with the requirements listed above, you may instead elect to enroll under QuickFi's Equipment Protection Program (EPP).

  • EPP enrollment satisfies your lease/loan agreement's insurance requirements.

  • EPP enrollment remains active for the life of your loan or lease (no worrying about renewing or expiring).

  • Your monthly EPP premium will be withdrawn from your bank account automatically as long as ACH billing preference payments are enabled.

  • You may cancel at any time, as long as you provide QuickFi with certificate proof that you've purchased commercial policies for general liability and property insurance elsewhere.

To enroll under QuickFi's Equipment Protection Program:

  • If you have not signed your lease/loan agreement yet: Log into QuickFi and proceed to sign your transaction contract. You will encounter a quoting tool on the second Finance Details screen. Tap Enroll under the Insurance Requirement section.

  • If you already signed your lease/loan agreement: Log into QuickFi and tap your Pending Insurance transaction. Tap the Enroll button to generate a quote. Tap the Enroll button in the upper right corner to activate your enrollment.

    • NOTE: If you do not see a Pending Insurance transaction on your Home screen, but you've already signed your contract, this could be because we already have 3rd party insurance details on file for you. Please contact QuickFi Support to ask for an EPP quote.

Please contact QuickFi Support with any questions regarding insurance requirements or to cancel your EPP enrollment.
