Update Billing Preferences

How would you like to receive billing invoices and make payments to QuickFi?

Add a new billing preference:

  1. Tap the Account Settings icon in the upper left corner of your QuickFi Home screen.

  2. Tap Billing Preferences.

  3. Tap the plus (+) button.

  4. Enter a name for this billing preference.

  5. Payment Method: Select your banking country. Choose ACH / PAD (automatic payments - enter your bank's Routing and Account numbers) or Check (contact QuickFi Support to confirm where to send physical checks).

  6. Delivery Method: Choose Email (QuickFi will email digital invoices to you), Paper Bill (enter your company's Accounts Payable address), or Both.

  7. Optional: Link active contracts to this new preference.

  8. Tap Save.

Edit a billing preference:

  1. Tap any billing preference to make changes.

  2. Tap Save when finished.

Delete a billing preference:

  1. In your list of billing preferences, swipe the preference to the left.

    Note: A billing preference cannot be deleted if it is assigned to an active contract.

Move active contracts from one billing preference to another:

  1. Tap an existing billing preference (or create a new billing preference).

  2. Under Other Contracts, select contracts to assign to this preference.

  3. Tap Save.
